A paper published in Scientific Reports, demonstrates how far ultraviolet light (222 nm) efficiently and safely inactivates human coronaviruses in air.
Safe for human use and bactericidal effect
An exploratory clinical trial conducted with 20 volunteers in Japan and published in Plos One concluded that UVC 222nm irradiation is safe in humans and has a bactericidal effect on human skin.
